Heating methods:
Electric heated
Insert the electric heating rods into jacket, and uniform heating and no cooling zone. Pour heat conducting oil or water into
jacket as heating medium, they produce heat energy to heat the material in the tank.
Heating temperature of material in tank:
≤100 Celsius ;
Heating time of material in tank: 30min～90min(according to process requirements)
Temperature control:
Using thermocouple to measure the temperature and connected with temperature controller to control the temperature, and also can
adjust the temperature of material in tank .
Surface:
inner surface mirror polished, Roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 micron
Tank cover:
flat cover with double open lids, easy for cleaning, Inner and outside polished (Roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 micron).
Inner tank bottom structure:
by spinning into the R angle, welded with tank body, no dead angle after polishing, without retention when discharging.
Jacket form:
full jacket, used to put the heat transfer oil or water, to achieve the best temperature and cooling purposes when working.
Insulation material:
filled with PU foam, to maintain the temperature difference with the outside, so that can keep warm and insulation.
Tank body surface treatment:
mirror polished or 2B primary color matte or 2B matte surface matte treatment.
Mixing device:
